We understand that life can be unpredictable with work or travel commitments. If you need to adjust your program or take a break, you can pause your membership for a minimum of 7 days and up to 4 weeks, with flexibility to spread those days. We also offer special considerations for longer breaks due to personal circumstances, ensuring your fitness journey remains adaptable to your needs.
