Finn transformed his setbacks into strength. After recovering from an ACL tear and an ankle sprain, he realised the power of strength and conditioning. His personal journey from semi-professional basketball to elite sports rehabilitation fuels his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Finn has honed his skills at top sports medicine clinics in Melbourne and London. His background includes S&C coaching with Melbourne United Basketball Club and serving as Head of Strength and Conditioning in a leading AFL talent pathway program.

As an exercise physiologist, Finn merges rehabilitation and performance training. His unique approach uses physical activity to aid recovery and enhance overall fitness, providing clients with a path to overcome pain and achieve their best selves.
